Refund policy

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a Return/Exchange request may be made via “Orders” on my account page on our website within six (6) days of receipt including delivery day. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. 

Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the return package reaches our warehouse, we will process the refund and you should see the refund within 3-4 business days (may vary depending on each bank).

Note: 

  • All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
  • If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
  • In case a package is delivered (based on the tracking number update) but you claim that you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
  • If you have provided the wrong shipping address, then we will deduct both shipping and return shipping costs from the refund. In case the package doesn't return to our warehouse, you will not receive any refund.
